FAQ

1) What do I do if I forget my username or password?
2) What does it mean when I complete a module that "requires marking"?
When you complete a module, like a document upload, it comes to us for marking.  Your work is done! We need to give you credit for that part of the course.  Once we do, you will see that you received credit for that module.  We have made all modules that require marking "optional" so that you can move on to the next modules before we mark your work as complete.  This should help ease of use and continuity in your course completion!
3) Why am I locked out of a course or module?
Most courses and modules do need to be completed in order.  You are locked out of later content because you need to complete the course or module you are currently working on. 
4) Who do I contact if I have tech or login issues?

5) I am getting too many notifications!  How can I disable notifications?
To disable all notification from the online platform, just email [email protected].  Make sure to include your username and email and we will take care of this for you!
